Dr Justin Healey
Dr Healey graduated from University of NSW in 1977.
He did his residency at St Vincents Hospital, Sydney from 1978-1982 and participated in Surgical Training Scheme.
Dr Healey began general practice at Asquith Medical Centre in 1983.
He is a surgical assistant in Orthopaedics at St Vincents Private Hospital since 1993.
Special interests are aged care medicine and minor surgical procedures.
Dr Healey attends sixteen nursing homes in the upper north shore district.
Dr John Smart
MB BS FRACGP, FAChAM
Dr Smart attended Sydney University, then trained in Paediatrics at the old Children’s Hospital Camperdown, and in Obstetrics in Newcastle. Dr Smart also has two post graduate fellowships, one in General Practice and one in Addiction Medicine.
Dr Smart worked as a traditional country doctor before returning to Sydney where he has been an associate at the Asquith Medical Centre for 14 years and has been a family doctor in the area for nearly 35 years.
Over the years Dr Smart has had publications in prestigious journals such as the Lancet, The Medical Journal of Australia and the European Journal of Gastroenterology.
Dr Smart’s special interests include children’s medicine, antenatal care, depression and anxiety and travel medicine.
As an acknowledged expert in the area, Dr Smart is pleased to assess and treat Hepatitis C in the general practice setting at the Asquith Medical Centre.
Dr Smart particularly enjoys providing care for young families and older individuals.
Dr Shamsunnaher Renu
Dr Renu is an experienced female GP. She has completed her Diploma of Child Health and a Diploma Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has a special interest in women and children's health, as well as an interest in Skin Cancer treatment and procedures.
Dr Renu is qualified to perform IUD (Mirena) insertion and removal, and Iron Infusions.

Dr. Kalpana Thakur is an experienced female GP. She has worked as a GP in Northern NSW for more than 10 years.
Dr. Thakur has a special interest in Chronic Disease Management, Preventative Medicine, Women’s Health, Mental Health Care, Aged Care and Skin Cancer Management.
Dr. Thakur is an accredited skin cancer doctor from the Skin Cancer College of Australasia (SCCA). Dr Thakur provides comprehensive skin checks, diagnosis, and management of skin cancers.
Dr. Thakur speaks English, Nepalese, Hindi & Mandarin Chinese.
